Don't burn so much hell money - how about fund transfers from the living to the dead?
I AM concerned over the poor air quality during the Chinese seventh month.
I understand and respect the fact that a huge proportion of our citizens place importance in the burning of hell money as a form of respect to their ancestors and deities.
However, with the current global emphasis on saving the environment, I see a pressing need to make some suggestions.
In our mortal world, we now have credit cards, cheques and several forms of remittances (SWIFT and telegraphic transfers). I appeal to religious leaders, whose followers practise the burning of hell money, to study the implications of alternative hell fund transfers.
I see these alternatives as a win-win situation for the living and the deceased. The latter stand to receive an infinite amount of hell funds with the mere burning of say, one hell cheque or one hell credit card, thus saving a whole stack of paper from the bonfire, or the religious leaders could run a form of remittance facility. With the technological advances that we now have, I am confident that where there's a will, there's a way.
It is timely to set a good example to our younger generation to practise what we have been preaching to other nations struggling to curb the slash-and-burn method to clear jungles and forests and that is, to reduce, to reuse and to recycle.

one word to describe my days since last fri..
TIRED...
last fri was spend imc quiz @my place wif carol n tracy..
we spend a good 5-6 hrs doin it..
but wif gossips n chats in between la..
had less than 4 hr zzz..
n i gotta wake up for work on sat..
followed by brainstorm for mr obj @ tracy there..
sun cant zz late oso..
cos go da jiu's hse pray ..
n b4 u knew it..
its mon again..

juz submit mr tma..
at last can take a breather..
target for tis sem..
40 will do..

juz realized smthg damn stupid..
i forgot to change the header for my strategy tma..
which is still under imc tma3 header..
gosh..
hope my tutor is blind to notice tt!!!

quite scary..

long time no blog..
nothing much happening..
last sat was the praying or i shld say offering session for my grandparents..
was suppsed to do my strategy but was dragged to play mj..
no mood to play = lost $$..
haha..
the days flies by..
days seem to be shorter when ya rushing for smthg..
finally finished strategy today..
tts my anyhow do report..
im juz glad i hit 4.5k..
the quickly finished it n send ..

i even dreamt last nite tt im doing collection for SIA..

actually took mc last wk to attend the interview wif e jap investment company.
the interview session was e most relax i ever went to..
its a 1-1 session @ chatterbox..
machiam like go there to chit chat..
but knew no chances..
cos i realized i forgot to edit my resume..
i was applying for somthg like an adminstrative role in a finance co..
by my resume juz state my interest to work in mktg company..
haha
tink mr owada did saw tt..
so the qns asled were mainly focus on the career path i wanna hav..
try to crap ny way thru..
but still.. wats written is clear..
haha..
but neway i ve opt to transf to admin team n its been aprvd!
i be covering cindy's job which is mainly mis reporting..
but dunno when they will released me over..
as curr super short of manpower..
juz hope its asap..

e class tts starts frm 0830 to 2130..
13 hrs..
almost die of tiredness...

tis is e class that is all abt case analysis..
presentation, presentations, and still presentationssss...
beside presenting in our own tutorial grps..
there r time where all e classes gather in e lect..
tts when certain grps hav to present in front of e whole lecture threatre..
im lucky for yest..
cos none of my grps r chosen..

the tutor juz count n all e same # in one grp..

e interaction for e class is fun..

but the period during lect is freaking stress..

well..
tis wkn juz fly by super fast..
went for work yest morning..
came home n slack..
went to meet jd for nite safari..
b4 heading off to meet cheryl n gang thereafter..
the nite safari..
frankly speaking..
i nvr noe nite safari is visited by so many ppl..
e place is kinda crowded..
ok.. tts my 1st time there..haha
didnt managed to take much photo..
as they didnt allow us to use flash..
n taking photo w/o flash juz sucks..
esp on e moving tram..
e only clear pic i hav for e trip..
supposed to go mos yest..
we did go..
but came out juz after 2 drinks..
