well..
4 days has passed..
n i haven tender yet..
the tendering process goes like tis... :
mon
supposed to tender on mon..
but b4 i gave e ltr..
boss got news tt i wanna throw ltr..
so he called me into e meetin rm n spoke to me..
but he's nice..
actually suggested me to stay till i gt another job..
conclusion for the day:
he would chk wif big boss..
c if there is any other alt like changing within e dept or outta the dept..

big boss came down..
he's supposed to tok to me..
but the tok ended up to be a story tellin session..
tellin me stories of how he get to where he is today..
n how diff countries rise n fall..
oso quoted his daughters as example..
ie they work late everyday too n he dun get to see them tt often..
if im doing smthg im interested in..
of cos i dun mind working late too..
he actually mentioned tis too:
"the first time i saw u.. i noe u wont work for long"

he will chk wif HR to see there's any position in e bank..

HR called me.
its like a blame pushing session..
kp saying tt she alr told me wats e job like n working hr..
told her she didnt mentioned working hr at all..
her resp:
"i did told u official working hr is 9-6.30pm, wif ot occassionally"
my resp:
"BUT my working hr now is not e "official time".. its 10-7.30pm, n i dunno wat time i can go home everyday.."
as for e job scope wise..
she oso wanna push blame..
to save further debate.. i juz told her..
i hav diff way of intrepretating the word processing n verifying..

she will speak to big boss n c how..

Hr called..
saying its not possible for internal transf as i hav not meet the requirement..
ie 2 yrs of svc + peformance based..
asked me to speak to boss n c wat r e career path tt i can hav..
n tink over it tis wkn..
juz told her yeah i will think abt it..
wats there to tink??

i ve alr thot it over n thru over last 2 wks..
n i hav cum to a conclusion..
juz tt they kp holding me back saying will chk wif tis n tt..

wonder when they start selling on pushcart @ raffles xchange..
had doughnut as my pre-dinner yest..
but i refused to believe its bought frm pushcart..
tot its frm e shop tt they hav at the centre..
in e end..
its really exist!!

he won..

got 2 calls frm the agencies yest..
infm tt they will help send resume to the comp..
juz pray tt they will call me back for interviews!!
actually got 3 calls yest..
one of them is a super unprofessional consultant..
btw he's frm achieve careers..
dun they hav standards or guideline to follow when tokin ??

its finally friday tml..
cant wait...
there's actually a dept gathering cum farewell party nxt sat..
n majority of new staffs r picked to join in e performance..
tis sat 10 am got rehearsal @tamp..
ya. i will SURELY be there..
